Many schools in Denmark got hours from 8-8.30am to 3pm.
That's nice and relaxed compared to where I am right now. Here, school is from 7:30am to 4:30pm. I usually arrive home around 5pm. In other countries (including Denmark) school begins later and finishes earlier compared to mine. Thus, if I were in one of those countries (I will be), I'd be fine with an extra two hours of school each day, four days of school each week.
i would rather have that 2 hour evey day than anotherday but in west louthan, scotland you get a half day friday so its not that bad we get in at 8:35 and get out 12:20
Just to annoying you all with long hours: Today: 11:30-1:50 Tomorrow: 8:30-12:15
That was pretty much how long I was in school last year, 9am-3:30pm, but now it starts and ends earlier.
I think the lacky hours in Danish schools might be why we are so half as.ed sometimes... Oh, wait, no, it is because the government wants us to rush through our education, but doesn't want to pay for it > <...
