The movie is nothing when compared to the original work.

I haven't read the book, but the movie was great! And if the book is better.... It must be really good...

I actually prefer the movie's ending. I liked that they scrapped the alien invasion and instead framed Manhattan. Book was really good too.

I much prefer the movie. For one, I don't have to read it...

If I have to take time to read it, it's not better than a movie.

I would have to respectfuly disagree with you Xrunner, Watchmen was one of the most beautiful movies produced using the graphic novel as the stroy board and set directions. I am not, however arguing that Watchmen is the best written graphic novels in modern history

have any of you guys seen the animated one where they literally take the book and bring it to life. The speech bubbles are ever in there. It is a great re-telling of the movie
