Alright, you don't have to use MS paint. You can draw anything you like, just don't make it anything that might violate the rules. Hey, Pazx, do you wan't to judge the compatition?

I'd love to judge, I'm just not sure we can have another art comp...

Eh, whatever. I think we could keep this if we have;

Specific programs, maybe single layer graphics programs and hand drawn? (like pokemon comp)

and No themes... Then again, that would be weird...

I dunno. We need someone else's opinion here.

How about a techno theme. I think that would be cool.

Judge? There's already an official competition going on, so we won't be formally judging another.

If you want to set up a theme amongst yourselves, though, I wouldn't be against it. But you shouldn't expect us to be giving merits for it.
