Okay, so I was roaming through DC and I was around the area to the right of the Vault Tec Headquarters, I'm not sure how far but not too far away from it. Anyway, while I was exploring I started hearing a voice talking and he sounded in pain and really disgruntled, it was talking about a huge hunger or something and if memory serves me correctly he mentioned something about something inside him needing feeding. Can anybody tell me where to find the source of the voice and what it is. Also, I may have the area incorrect although I'm fairly sure I'm right if you encountered something similar in a different spot it's probably the same thing.
There is some random wastlander there though. You might be able to convinc him to go through the ally. If he does, he gets blown to smitherins. Probly equvilent to a few mono nuke explotions. After that you can pass throguh the ally safly. But be carful, there is a battle between talon company and Super mutants to your right. You can waite till most are gone, or you can run in there guns blazing. After that, you will be at the Capotal buildings back steps.
probs the crazy guy who kills him self if you go near him there will be a wastelander near by talk to him convince him to tell the guy to shut up and watch the fire works
The easiest way is in Megaton. Go to the saloon and talk to Mr. Burke. He'll say stuff about trying to get you to blow up the bomb. Report him to the sheriff. They'll talk, and when the sheriff turns away he'll get shot. The sheriff carries a Chinese AR, and you can kill Mr. Burke for a silenced 10mm pistol.
