2, Medipacks don't instantly heal your life.
3, there is no easy mode.
4, I'm not sure if I'm gutsy enough to actually kill a man, unless they hurt me REALLY REALLY BAD. Like, raped and set my dog on fire, then killed my mom.
5, There aren't any respawns or re-do's.
6, Explosions will make your limbs fly off in real life, in the game you just get damaged.
7, Cover is not so conveniently placed in real life.

9, Jumping off a 6 foot wall will stun you a bit, you can't just keep on running.
