Ok Apart from not being a fan of the music from early impressions I think that the melbourne shuffle is better than jumpstyle very intersting. My favourite dance ois the simon amstell punk dance (1min 50s)
Jumpstyle is forever the style I will parody after seeing Blazing Inferno, that skinny dude in a Lucha mask who calls himself the National Jumpstyle Champion, make two consecutive appearances in So You Think You Can Dance. And having reviewed the videos, that was pretty on the mark.
The main problem is the music. Jumpstyle seems to be best done to all the mainstream -core genres that most people would call 'retarded'. Not saying anything about anybody's personal tastes here, though.
