I felt sleepy because I just got bored after a while. Glad nothing popped out at me though. I remember as a kid watching a programme called How 2 and it showed you how to hypnotise a chicken shockingly easy to do. You just need to draw a line in front of them or something and they just get transfixed by it. lol

it's impossible to hypnotize yourself without a video because the hypnotizer has to give suggestive commands to the hypnotizee

also the more willing and believing you are of it, the more it works and your subconscious accepts it

I was chewing my shirt and i couldn't stop. Also i tried to lift my head and it felt heavy.

I only escaped because I fell of my chair. Now i cnt'a yetp properly. (I can't type properly(no joke, that was real))

Didn't really make me do anything, except now I have a headache and am now sleepy.

The one without words was better because it lets you relax more.

I didn't have the attention span to watch the video for more than 40 seconds. But during that time period I really didn't feel anything.
