I have a game I want to submit, but I'm not sure how to.

Go to the button next to "community"
it will say Submit and then do everything there.

Let me just say that, if you did not create the game you cannot submit it, and if you made it with a cheap program (not flash) you won't be able to submit it.

So I like I thought I cant take a game off another game site?

No, you have to make the game yourself, and probably using Adobe Flash.

I think that I heard somewhere that you can. With a permission from that site.

You mean news right? Because beside community is news and beside news is Submit.
