One question, if I beat a battle will that same battle be completed in the original file?
Duh, no. You'll have to copy it back.
I think there is a bug in the copy/paste though, it seems my XP is stuck at the level it was when I pasted the game. Even if I win more battles, no more XP? Anyone else seen this or is it perhaps a mistake I made?
I don't think I'm going to like the modifications in 1.2. The last three times I start a game I'm having to put all my skill points back in. It's a major pain in the ass. That is like 280 clicks.
BlakeLupa, it's weird that you have to re-skill each time. Did you beat the last level and get your score classified as 'too high' and removed?
I think there's still life in GC1 1.1 endurances - you have to get your manatraps fast, but you're capable to do that, but no more 170k or 270k per endurance the best so far what I have earned in endurance is 104k at level #1, and the level was running on the brink almost all the early set of waves.
Ack posted that before I was done. I don't think the game need both dropping the final gem score and limiting the number of monsters you can add by angering. That's over nerfing. I did see the point of dropping the plus for adding smaller gem either. It took a lot of time to added the gem and it wasn't that great advantage. I usually have over 200K when I drop the last gem bomb. But I don't think you get anymore experience for the level unless you get a new high score. The really high scores are still up on mochiad's hall of magic mastery. So I don't see the point over all.
Can someone pleae tell me where to find the saved game in Vista?
I was up to level 177XP and I only had one level to go to to complete every level and my firefox crashed. When I restarted firefox, there were no save games and no auto-save.
It's taken me since this game came out to get this far! Aaaaaarrrrggghhhh!!!!!
jai7279 back up (copy somewhere into a safe place) your savefile that you have just found, then save your game once while watching for newly created files. If there will be one, close the browser window with SWF, then copy your backed up savefile in the place of the newly created one, then open the game again. You should see your saves in place.
Since you have found 2 files, check their dates of modification, and copy out the one that has an older date.
Hm, I seem to be having a spot of trouble with Level 11. I'm fine up until the giant monsters in the last wave. I can destroy one and then the other two get in. What can I do to kill the giant monsters?
