Z6 gives the best gloves, leggings, boots, and weapons, so if you've found all that, you probably have the max speed for Z6.

omg man this is very hard

so far I've been only getting the same weapons and armor from each person in Z6, would anyone else like to spade with me?

The fastest weapon set is the Mending Beacon (from the Bomb) and the Azure Shredder, which, with the max speed armor, gives 666 speed.

any idea what is the best insting weapon?

Wrath of the Council gives the highest bonus to instinct, but I like Law Binder better due to it's other bonuses.
