I've tryed to save them then put the name I saved it as in the "Image" buttan but when I post it it just says the name of it with Img on the side Etc:

well firstly you need it to be hosted online, so use a website like image shack or equivalent..
you upload your photo onto the site, and it gives you a URL where the photo is being hosted
then you copy the url into the box that pops up when you click image above and you get this
(hopefully)
