First off this should have been posted in the VIDEO games section.
Have you lived under a rock? there are many RTS out there. C&C redalert3 is one of the most recent (i havent played it yet but C&C = always a good choice) But there are many others just go to any game site and look for some.
I recomend the Age of empires series. good capasigns and a nice balance of difficulty. Lots of units as well. AoE 2 is my favourite but it is a few years old now. AoE 3 is the latest and is very fun with nice graphics.

Don't forget Age of Mythology. If you are more into fantasy than normal war, you should try AoM.
I guess you could call the Zoo and Roller Coaster Tycoon strategy games.
Meh I would say they are more sims than strategy but they are brilliant all the same.

I didn't like it as much as the main series but it was fun having all the monsters (the Nidhogg is great) I didn;t like the graphics much. but it is still a great game.
If you want an RTS and don't mind a slightly older game you HAVE to get Starcraft. I don't think I've ever played a better RTS. I really liked the storyline and the variety of tech and upgrades trees among the races is brilliant. Mass hydras FTW.
Plus the online play is a lot of fun, especially UMS games. I do believe Starcraft began this whole turret defense genre of flash games.
Yes these are good games, and i would also recommend warcraft, starcraft, age of time (not an age of empire series) and sometimes when i get bored of real time i play turn based strategy like civilization 1 2 3 and 4
