Freezing cold. Sure, you may get a disease of some sort, but they are both extremities and where I live, I have to suffer from the alternative for nearly six months of the year. So I would gladly not have even more of that lovely pleasure. I like to curl up in warm blankets or be by the fire. Warmth surrounded by the cold actually gives out a nice, cozy feeling, unlike a layer of warmth over yet another layer of warmth, like the flames of hell or the scorch of the sun.
Yeah, when I first saw the thread, I was expecting like freezing rain and snow, but then it turned out to be climate.
I'd prefer freezing cold. I've actually contemplated this before, sometimes discussing it with my mom. (Though it's a short one since there's not much to discuss) Like people have stated before, you can just curl up in warm blankets and it's all good. When it's steaming hot, you sweat a lot, and I don't like to sweat unless I'm working hard, not just because it's hot.
Jrmagic! that's exactly how I think of it. I like to be curled up in warm blankets as well. Both have their ups and downs to them and yes I do love swimming in my pool too.
I can't concentrate at all in the heat, can't fall asleep, get all panicky sometimes, lol. It's not good. Also, it's easier to get warm than it is to get cool in most situations.
Freezing cold because it is a lot easier to shield yourself against cold. Though if my lifestyle change the way I think it might, then I'd really prefer the steaming hotness.
Freezing cold can really get annoying too, though. Last winter we had no heat on. The whole house was friggin cold and I spent most of my time curled up under two thick duvets, wearing a long faux fur coat... And still froze.
Cold. Since my favorite season is winter... because it is cold. Headaches are trickered by heat. And light... And since I rarely drink anything, heat is much harder to fight...
Freezing cold. Being sweaty and hot is way worse than being cold and shivering, besides I have a coat to solve that problem.
But you can take a shower and you won't be sweaty O.o. Oh and you can turn on a heater for cold weather.
I'd choose freezing cold because there are lots of solutions for freezing cold. Like you can grab a coat, turn up the heater, grab a blanket, anyway's when go to my room it's always hot because of the computer heat. And in steaming hot ugh.. you need cold objects but then they end up melting or turning warm. Such as ice they melt. Ice packs they turn warm. Etc. Etc. O.o
