Just to be thorough:
1) Do not make threads that focus on one member, or that focus on a single group of members.
Generally this is the case- there exist a few exceptions where threads explain the roles of moderators or comment upon their activity as feedback. And of course there are those "club" threads, those are (somewhat) acceptable too. Otherwise for the most part, no thread should be made solely for the discussion of a single user or group of users.
Thus for this reason I'll lock it.
