Make a vitality-based build with Integrity and Reform. You should be able to beat him, even if it takes awhile.

Also, a general tip: The first respec you do gives you 19 free attribute points, which helps a lot in Z1. If you haven't already respecced, doing so will help you immensely. For future characters, you should just respec after the first battle, as you get just enough money to buy it and it's the cheapest respec you'll ever have.

Just wanted to clear things up:

First Re-Spec doesn't actually give you 19 free Stat points, it just refunds them.

When you start the game, you already have those points, but they were already invested into your Stats automatically. However, by re-speccing you can choose how you want to invest them.

Ah, that makes more sense. I still advocate the post-first battle respec to get those points focused where you want them as soon as possible.

No. It SHOULD be reinvesting them, but I watched my stats carefully. None of them changed, and it gave me 19 attribute points.

Then again, maybe the kongregate version is just buggy.
