i'm a hydraulic and have felicity and veradux with me. the blood hounds keep on attacking veradux first because he has the lowest health so they kill him. and it's very hard to win that level because i haven't had any training because i want to get my achievement. does anyone know how to beat that level without training?

That's all good advice. The hot build with Ice Wall is pretty useful in Z5, though I'm not sure about using Warm Neurology. Another skill to consider is Dead Man's Plea, which makes Dux actually good at healing.

i'm sorry, but all this crap did not help me. i don't use strength. i use instinct...... someone needs to make a guide with instinct.... this is a real good form, but there should be a guide for beating this level with all the other abilities that focus on instinct.
if your using psychological the best way is to kill the dog closest to you first.
use traumatize as much as possible on the dog farthest way while attacking the dog closest to you, and when necessary use Free Will to protect your team.
After the first dog is dead start going after the dog on the other side, again, using Free Will to protect your team, and when the second dog is dead it should be three on one against the caretaker.
Naturally you will have to attack your self Dark infusion to regenerate focus every once in a while unless you research electrical storm.
To get Felicity there is a cut scene in Zone 5 and then you can use her but her armor sucks Roald's is way better for her. Try using Kinpong's Cold Hydro guide to help you, that uses Instinct. Use Ice Wall a lot.
I believe the OP was a hydraulic. Yes, you do need to do some training, e.g., get everyone to level 23. I turned Sonny into a pinata by shuffling around equipment to make him the lowest HP and then casting guardian + wall on Sonny. Since he's the lowest HP, everyone attacks him. When you have guardian + wall, very little HP is taken off. While you're getting attacked, I send ice buffs and then shatter on one of the hounds. Veradux -> Phalanx; Felicity -> Relentless.
