I can't figure this out. There are some infected buildings on the maps and the game says to drop gem bombs on this building to stop monsters from coming out of it. I understand tha the monsters then simply comes out of another building. This will be great, but I can't figure out when I have to drop the gem bombs on the building, how many gem bombs, what grade or anything.
If someone has figured out how to deal with this I'd greatly appreciate some help. I'm stuck on the second level after the first arcane monster. There is an infected building very near my wiztower and also two healing beacons. Even if I take out the healing beacons (at the cost of 2 grade 3 gems) I still can't kill the creeps fast enough, since they are heavily armored and so close to my wiztower and I don't get armor piercing gems on this level.

I have completed 21 zones (level 31) and only find it necessary to bomb one infected building. This occurs in zone 2-16 (second screen, zone 16). It is the second zone after the arcane guardian zone on the right. The available gems are yellow and orange and there are 20 waves. The infected building is practically on top of your wiztower, and there is a healing beacon right next to that. It only takes 900 points to destroy (usually one grade 3 gem will do the trick).
in some lvls, the ''secondary'' building is like 3-4 blocks from your tower, so then I think you should destroy that building, but in some lvls the ''secondary'' building is like almost the same distance as the ''non-destructable'' tower. I don't destroy them is they are that far but if the are coming from an different path and it's better to destroy that building, because you wanto build some towers and traps in the main path then you should destroy them. when you have the skill that gives you more power with the gem bombs maxed, you can throw like 4-5 grade one gems and the building is destoyed.
I know it may be more cost efficient to use many level one gems to bomb a building, but if I have a good amount of manna I rather get rid of the building with essentially one grade two gem; this is especially useful during the timed challenge as it saves you a few seconds.
