Cenere. He is helpful and friendly. AND he hates us saying he's helpful, friendly, would make a good mod, is responsible, etc. Plus he doesn't curse and all that.

He does beat himself up alot though...

Most annoying? I'm an annoyance Soviet. I see everyone as equally annoying, except for myself, the leader of the Soviet Annoyance Republic. Think of me as a shaven Stalin.

Helpful? Mods and admins. Cen is also helpful, as is Shintetsu.

I think Orion732 was very helpful when he was offering to make hyperliinks for me.

For the second one I say Pixie or Russianfreak.

I think devoidless is realy helpful, at least to me he is.

Well woody_7007 was the first person to talk to me so that was nice and Fritz, of course dragonball are, in my opinon, very nice people. Helpful would have to be the mods and, sorry, Cenere always kind in the way they help and not condescending (to me at least). Most annoyin is all and any spammers.

sonicheroes95 would be the most annoying and i think all the mods are equally helpful
