Of the choices probably metal. Though I REALLY like lightning, I think that should be a choice.

i like water because as seen on avatar you get to bend peoples blood (we are 90% water) or was it 80...

then you control people

you could control plant life since there is water inside them

you could control almost anything really...

i would choose fire,becuz i take fire to be a symbol of power and evil becuz being the bad guy is better [i think] but with the power of fire you can scorch anything in your path and bring destruction upon many things

I would not choose fire, because some guy will probably end up saying &quoteople who choose fire = flaming lulz" (in america flaming = gay) even though most of the people who talk to me on MSN will see a picture of me lighting a jet of ethanol on fire.

I would have to go with air, because flying does seem pretty sweet.

i would go with Fire or Air, Fire has cool colours and i like the heat, and Air gives a nice cool breeze

fire is still the best cuz u can charcaol someones face who disagrees with you

@at the thread starter- 2 things, 1st thing- Are you asking which we could choose to be able to manipulate or have control over?? or which you just like the most??
2nd thing- Metal is refined stone, which is earth....

As for my answer, i consider metal the most awesome (its my favourite). But if i could choose one to manipulate it would be Air, so i can push myself through the atmosphere leading to increased movement skills and even the ability to fly, plus also unleash devastatingly powerful strikes of pure force. Although being able to rip the water molecules out of a living human body would be pure pwnage (via manipulating water).

I will just remind people to think a little of why they choose the element, and possibly write down the reason, as it would make the posts less spammish.
So please, write a good reason for the choice.

Oh, and I am choosing... Earth. My own element (seriously, it is - - )
A very stable and yet changing element, massive, destructive, strong.
Calm as well, opposing humanity.
