Sony would become a hell of a rich company. There would still be good games but Sony could pull the plug on the Xbox 360. There could also be a lack of exclusive games for both consoles. I really do not know.
I would think it would be the other way around. lol Microsoft is loaded.
Well anyway, if Sony bought out Microsoft, Bill Gates would go into depression, the Playstation 360 would be a total success, and grandparents would never have to worry if the game they got their grandchildren would work with the console they could never remember the name of.
Here's how I see it. Once Sony buys it out, they would continue making stuff like the Xbox and work on the computers because it would be stupid to take out such great successes like Halo. Sony's profit will skyrocket so much that they might even be able to buy out Nintendo. Once they buy both Nintendo and Microsoft, Sony would be the dominate video game, electronics and computer business. They would make an insane amount of money. Since they would have so much power, chaos would reign in that company and eventually would collapse and the world of computers, video games and electronics would seize to exist and we would have to start over again...
the ps3 would be $100 the ps2 would be the size of the psp and the psp would be a chip inside your head that would take u to heven and make all your dreams come true for 3hours.^_^
