Hi, i stop playing Sonny 2 but now im back, and i wanna know if there are more zones than just at the Dystopia, because you guys are saying about the zone 7.

yes, there is a zone 6 and 7 now. zone 6 is available without any requirements, however to unlock zone 7 you must complete the Legend achievement, which is to beat the Mayor without using training battles and not repeating boss battles.
As for the biological speed build you should have integrity, withdrawl, agile exposure, toxicant form, and shadow blend. Cast toxicant, then shadow blend, next use agile exposure, and finish off with withdrawl, doing 20k+ damage if you are at least lvl 23
