What are the best Hydro cold debuffs to use to set up shatter? My cold hydro wheel is: 2x Flash Freeze 2x Mind Freeze 1x Shatter 1x Guardian Form 2x Glacier This build is more disable and less shatters, but I want to change over to more damage. So what would be the best cold debuff moves for me to get?
But maybe a Glacier - Glacier - Flash Freeze - Shatter combo would work well.
Anyway, best Hydro debuffs are certainly Mind Freeze and Flash Freeze. Either you keep the opponent stunned, or keep him from using his Focus-based skills, which are generally his/her best skills.
