Sort of, if you have legend then yeah... If you don't have legend, then there is an alternate build
I did a long series of tests (took me a week, three hours a day) and discovered that there is a hybrid build for psycho that is more powerful than either lightning or shadow. Don't question the results unless you want to go hunting through fifteen pages of threads to find it... The profile I use is on my other computer, I'll get on later when I can.
The point of the previous paragraph is that you need a very exotic set of armor... The head of this, the body of that, etc... I just have to get it up...
Hybrid Build? As in nightmare/shock therapy combo and ultimatum/shock therapy combo?
Also, is there a weapon that gives good instinct and shadow piercing? (All I know of now is the shadow runeblade, and that mostly goes with strength...)
I don't know about your particular build, but obviously a hybrid electric/shadow is going to deal more damage than electric alone or shadow alone, because Epiphany is the one most powerful Psych spell but it has a long cooldown that you can use to cast electrics.
