Water, as juice is too sweet to satisfy one sometimes. For example, a cold grape juice tastes great, but the aftertaste is so sweet at times I find myself running for a glass of water!

Back to the topic. Actually jucies do contain lots of sugar, their not really that harmless. I got a shock when my biology teacher told that to me.
It also depends on whether you add preservatives and high-fructose corn syrup. Without those, juice is actually real. Still, water is the main sustenance, you can't really like it or not like it.
I make my own water two parts H one part O. I like some juices like Robinsons because they have more taste but on a hot day after I've been out playing football or whatever you can't beat dihydrogen monoxide for refeshment it cools you done well and is easy to drink. sometimes juice can be a bit sickly.
