No cheats, but by "supergemming" (the process of increasing a grade 3 or higher gem's stats with grade 1 gems or gems of at least 2 grades lower than the gem itself to max out the firing speed) gems with dual gem status and only red and orange gems, you can place these in a trap and (with max stats) gain ~10 * 6 monsters per hit * (1 + 0.05*# of mana pools) mana per hit * 540 for maximum fire rate. Fill up all the traps with these gems (trust me, the mana comes in faster than you can spend it) will allow you to achieve scores of more than 10 trillion (it's been done). I used this strategy to level up from 27 to 149 on endurance level 1 - without hacks or cheats.
