Yes it is. All Along The Watchtower was a cover by Hendrix. He covered Bob Dylan. Under The Bridge has better lyrics, a more beautiful melody and guitar riff. And it's by RHCP.
My vote goes to Jimi Hendrix. He is a really great guitar player and is an inspiration to many musicians. He has lots of good music and is fun to listen to.
