This thread while hold competitions to see which band AG likes the most. You vote on which of the following band is better and why. Then, I will add all of the votes and see which band is better.

RULES
1.You can only vote one time
2.Do not spam (duh).
3.Do not complain if the band you want to win loses

Please keep this clean and I will try to pick bands that people know of.

The first battle will be between....
Kiss and Aerosmith

Plus, I've never really heard an Eric Clapton song.

That can't even be true. As long as he's been around and as many hits as he's had, it's practically an impossibility. But the vote is for Nugent.

Along with kurtcobain1994's vote makes it -

Ted Nugent - 2
Eric Clapton - 0

Eric Clapton, he is one of my all-time favourites! Plus, he has played with so many greats, including The Yardbirds, John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, Cream, Blind Faith, Derek and the Dominos, Delaney & Bonnie, Roger Waters, and even recorded with The Beatles! Need I really say any more?!

Definitely Eric Clapton. I like Ted Nugent, but Cat Scratch Fever is....overrated and he is a lunatic so, yeah. Clapton is a legend. Since beginning with the Dominoes (originally Dynamoes), from Cream, to his solo career. Absolute legend.

Eric Claptin. I love Layla, the origional with him and Derek and the Dominoes. I listen to it, like 10 times a week!

Now I remember Eric Clapton. I know I've heard Layla before, so technically i lied about not hearing an Eric Clapton song before. Buzzmerin, you spelled Clapton wrong.

How can they even be compared? Clapton gets my vote by a long shot.

Now it's swinging the way I figured it would. I was surprised by the early jump by Nugent.

Current status:

Ted Nugent - 2
Eric Clapton - 5

FloydTC's vote makes it:

Ted Nugent - 2
Eric Clapton - 7

After an early burst by Nugent, looks like Clapton's taking this one home.

Eric "Slowhand" Clapton defeats "Uncle Ted" Nugent 7-2

Next battle (suggested by waluigi)

Cheap Trick:
I want you to want me
Dream Police
The Flame

vs.

Boston
Foreplay / Long Time

Amanda

The voted isn't restricted to these songs. I merely put them up for easy access to examples. Feel free to search out your own songs by either group.

Feel free to post other suggestions on my profile. I will use them.

Let the battle begin.

This is hard to choose from, but I'm gonna say Cheap Trick. They have more than 3 hit songs, and I am a huge fan of the Dream Police album. Another good song is Surrender

Boston, of course. They actually had some good original material.
