1. The entire post was not caps lock. 2. caps lock =/= spam. 3. I was using it to indicate harshness, or yelling. Which, in this case, would be needed. Telling him normally didn't work, so caps lock would be a bit more of an attention-getter.

Anyway, you misunderstood the OP. He said that a new band would be chosen WHEN ONE OF THE CURRENT TWO GETS 10 VOTES. When Pf or Hendrix gets ten votes, the winner stays and the loser switches out.
