i know this post is really old, but easy way to beat him with psycho is : 2/2 traumatize 4/4 high voltage 3/3 shock coma 2/2 retrograde 1/1 overdrive
then traumatize > high voltage > high voltage > shock coma > shock coma > high voltage > retrograde. if any of the moves miss, it wont work, and since it's based on a percentage, u can put all ur points in whatever stat u want, so best to put them in speed/vitality
Also on a hydraulic, i just went with mind freeze/flash freeze to lock him down while i put up decimate and hypothermia. seems the 4000 damage reduction on his buff doesn't apply to dots
Steps: 1. Traumatize 2. Confinement 3. Shock Coma (healing destroyed by confinement completely) 4. Epiphany (he'll be eating over 1000 damage) 5. Insecurity (eat more from epiphany) 6. Implosion (epiphany x insecurity x implosion = half dead)
7. Keep him sleeping with traumatize or Coma-finement 8. Epiphany, insecurity, implosion, done.
Well Yosuke is vulnerable to damage over time, and the 4000 reduction doesn't work with it. For Hydraulic, the best way is to get all those DOT abilities and use them on him while he's under flash freeze and mind freeze. I was too lazy to fully Re-Spec for that though and used Glaciers and the freeze combo until I had four of the Buffs on him, and I think the first was Mind/Flash freeze. Then I used Shatter on him which hit for about 8000, and the Mind/Flash Freeze was the only buff that didn't get dispelled I think because it was first. After that I used Mind/Flash Freeze which hit for about 2500 because he was under fragile glass. I repeated this and he died. Make sure he is under the Freeze combo the whole time, though. For Biological, just use the combo without Toxicant Form and you should 1HKO him there. For Psycho there are multiple ways to do it. You could you the above DOT build, the shock coma combo, the wait-it-out way, or others.

Ok what I did was get to Level 30 first, then spec all into instinct and skills:
3/3 Shock Therapy
4/4 Electrical Storm
5/5 Charged Blood
1/1 Wraith Form
1/1 Ultimatum
4/4 Free Will
3/3 Insecurity
Ability Wheel:
Electrical Storm x1
Shock Therapy x3
Free Will x1
Wraith Form x1
Insecurity x1
Ultimatum x1
Start battle by casting Ultimatum first and then Free Will. Yosuke won't be able to get through your shield until you cast it again. Next, cast Insecurity for the 20% damage debuff, and then cast Wraith Form. Wraith Form increases your speed, which increases your crit chance. Cast Shock Therapy 3 times, and if they crit, they will deal around 4k dmg each. Repeat and bam the battle is won. If you get unlucky and don't crit, just retry. It took me 2 retries and I was able to crit enough times to win. Much faster than waiting out 99 turns.
