depends, are you a electric psycho? give a description of the weapons you are debating between (full stats). Up front I would say the 141 instinct

Sounds like charged axe vs law. Go with the law. And then kill the council until you get WotC. The 141 instinct will own the 105 piercing and what? 11 instinct?

The two weapons are Charged Axe and Law Binder. Here are the full stats

Charged Axe
Level 12 two-handed arms
Instinct +26
Lightning Piercing +105

Law Binder
Level 21 two-handed arms
Speed +41
Instinct +141
Vitality +21

Error: for Law Binder, it is Speed +21 and Vitality +41, not the other way round.

I think Instinct is better because:

1. Instinct is how you calculate the damage (e.g. Shock Therapy - 330% Instinct)

2. Piercing is about the extra damage given (e.g. 36% extra damage when crit, extra 6% damage at all times)

6% is a little damage for an electric psycho, 6% of 3k is just 180.

Not to mention the amount of Vitality and Speed gained from Law Binder.
