Well, I recently found a program called "This Day in History," I believe that it was made by World Book, and it gives a list of historical events that occured today, in past years. I will postt to this thread every day, telling what happened today, in history. If anybody else has any interesting little facts or tidbits of information, feel free to post.

Sir Anthony Van Dyck, a Flemmish painter, was born in 1559.

Randolph Caldecott, an English illustrator, was born in 1846.

Robert Millikan, an American physicist, was born in 1868.

And also, this is the source of my information, or atleast it's where I downloaded it.
