What i meant about this is that we should like send a email to the person that created a topic that someone commented on it. Or if someone commented on it (Per example Abc123) then another person commented (Per example Def456) on it, it will give a message to the email of Abc123 that someone also commented on the topic. This is like Facebook. What do you think?

I really don't like this idea. You get so many emails. A lot of the time I post on a thread, but don't especially care to hear what everyone else is saying. This would happen on a thread in The Tavern usually. Like What is your favorite drink in the summer and why, or something like that. I just want to say mine, tell why, then maybe check it again if I have the time. I don't want to get an email every single time someone else posts their favorite drink. I guess this could work if there was an option to turn it off, but I still don't especially like it. Also, it gets annoying because it may email you about that thread for months after you comment on it.
It's not a horrible idea...but I think it causes more problems than it's worth.
A simple fix would be to have a person checked off as when he/she posts, then you get an e-mail about it. Same thing like adding them to their friends list, you can just check it off from their profile.
Are you sure that this is necessary though, Matt? Usually, only the important stuff from AG gets sent to e-mails, like merits and a forwarded contact.
