I don't think I've ever met a person you actually played this game before SSB came out.

Yes everything in Pazx's list are great choices. Also Final Fantasy games are great, Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross, Starcraft, Command and Conquer.

I could go on but I don't feel like digging through my collection.
