If one is stunned when other is killed, it cannot activate state of emergency.

i used crystalize in one and used the speed build(get a speed gear and put 4 points in shadow blend, 1 point in toxicant, 4 points in withdrawal and try to put at least 1 point in agile exposure : cast toxicant, shadowblend, then attack it with agile exposure then use withdrawal)

Sped build requires LVL 21, on heroic Zone 7 run, your only at lvl 20! any other ideas?

You don't need Agile Exposure to make it work. It won't be as effective, but it'll still kill stuff. Just be smart with Crystallize.
