Now everything is in there. It doesn't matter what it is, it is just a hodgepodge. It is hard to find the place one last read, it is not easy to find who is responding to what and tit is hard to follow a conversation or come back and comment on an idea that was raised a few posts back.
More and more I dislike the AG forums. If AG didn't have a lockdown on the full-featured gemcraft, I'd be outta here. Gemcraft original has many threads and they never got locked down or consolidated.
I will repeat the same thing I said when a thread just like this was started in the Flash Games forum (which is where this thread should be):
We don't want the entire Flash Games forum to be devoted to one game in particular. So by keeping it down to only a few threads, instead of a bunch of different threads talking about the same thing, we can make sure that it doesn't clog up the forums and push other important threads out of the way. Plus, if there are a bunch of threads about one thing, then some of them are bound to get pushed back and get lost. If it is just a few popular threads, it will be easier to follow the conversation and not have it lost.
Besides, creating duplicate threads is never looked well upon in the forums!
The Flash Games forum is for all Flash games, and when it gets completely bogged down because of one game, its hard to find anything else. When we find 5-10 different threads about the same thread, there is going to have to be some sort of consolidation. And most of the threads that were locked were talking about the same thing. So if you have a legitimate reason to start a thread that is different from the other ones, then it might be ok. But most people were not making original threads.
I will repeat the same thing I said when a thread just like this was started in the Flash Games forum (which is where this thread should be):
So when I talk about mod/admin actions (as this thread does) then because it also involves a flash game I should clutter up the Flash Forum and not here where all things Mod are discussed?
OK, I guess another weird rule. Maybe one day I'll grog it.
This is also why mods kill duplicate threads, for whatever kind of thread it is, so the whole group can just focus on ONE THREAD in particular, with the question/discussion inside, so there isn't so much confusion and controversy over which thread is better to read.

No, I am just saying it is more applicable to that forum. And since we look through all of the forums, we would have found it if it were posted there as well. Not that big of a deal.
