uhh....well even though this belongs in the programming help section, if you mean to submit a game to any website, it will need to be turned into a .swf file, by going to file->Publish and it should create a .swf file for your flash project. If it does not do so then go to file->Publish Preview and make sure that flash(.swf) is checked to publish. The reason being that .swf files are the files made to run in flash player. Hope this helps with what your trying to do.
