And I think it was cuz of TACO BELL!

No, in all seriousness I've been having bad intestinal troubles and every time I go to the bathroom thinking it's going to be diarrhea explosion, it's just a huge diarrhea fart. What's going on and what'll help it? I've eaten a bunch of jumbo apricots. No, I'm 100% sure it's not the skitters.

Del taco is 3x more nasty.... I mean who wants to buy 12 slightly used tacos for 1.99? I sure don't.

Anyway, it is because of the heavy meat conctent that give you the skitters and stuff... I would eat more fibers (like vegetables such as celery or something) or something heavy (like pasta and wheats).

Have you tried Pepto Bismal? It should help you with... Nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, diarrhea, YAY! Pepto Bismal!

I promise to never do that again.

I have experienced that before. I have also had diarrhea a couple of times. My diarrhea usually subsides after a day or two.

Armor_warrior's suggestion is good enough.

I ate too much today. It is my here today birthday. May 14. I nearly threw up.

Just drink enough, and don't strain yourself. If you keep having problems - like on a regular basis, see a GP Otherwise, perhaps use some anti-diarrhea drug... they're around. Just ask your pharmacy!

You just arn't used to the tacos. Try to eat as many as possible on a regular basis and your body will get used to them.

Yes, this is called The Taco Phenomenon.

A curious case during which the body has uncanny and unpredictible reaction to the taco in question. The only known cure, is to in fact, eat more tacos.

How long has this been happening? As for the Del Taco comments... We all don't live in California.

It might be that you have a ulcer. It sounds morbid, but there's a large percentage of the world's population that has at least one. I have two. Foods like Tacos do make symptoms worse, but Immodium, Pepto, or Mylanta should help. Also, drink lots of water, STOP eating fruit for a while, and start eating yogurt.

hahahahaha, look Taco Bell is evil, one time a spider egg sack opened in my friends bag, they were on his food, they bit him.....and here in Portsmouth Ohio/southern ohio the soybean problem caused some people to get food poisoning because of the taco meat, so you may have food poisoning....
