I'm gonna go with Slayer once again. I'll admit I haven't listened to that much Megadeth, but i have a feeling I'd still like Slayer more even if I did listen to them more.

Actually, Slayer's a better thrash band.
Megadeth might be a better band, but since you're considering them as thrash artists, my vote goes to Slayer.
