I've always wanted to use another Sonny class instead of my teammates' lame classes, especially in PVP. Krin doesn't have that coded into the game, so I have to imagine. So here we go! Fantasy Sonny-ball!

If you could have any build/character be your teammates (including your normal teammates like Veradux, but excluding enemies like the baron or time bomb), and could make any team you wanted to (limited to three people), and could control them (or have friends control them), what would it be?

Ex.: A team I'd like to use is
1. a lightning psycho, maxed instinct,
2. a cold hydro with mirage, mind freeze, flash freeze, guardian, and dead man,
3. and a tank/heal bio with adrenaline, heroic motivation, and... something good.

If you wanted to bore them, have 3 healing hydros with maxed cold neuro and hypothermia as well as maxed tenacity and reconstruct. That would make it the most boring and longest fight ever since you practically couldn't lose...

I wonder if that would actually work against some super-dps group of sonnies.

The max dps team would be three psycho hybrids... And honestly, probably not. They would have more speed so they would go first.

First it would be psycho form then wraith... Next would come Shock Therapy... Two would target the cold hydro and the other would fire at the hot hydro... The cold would be killed and the hot almost...

A synchronized attack from three hybrids would bring anything down...

One speed bio (with whatever team) also screws it up because the burst damage is too high for anything in PvP to survive. If you had three cold hydros with maxed Ice Wall, then they could survive, assuming the other team doesn't just stunlock them forever.

Yeah, maxed tenacity and ice wall plus max vit would be your only hope of survival... Unless of course, you somehow managed to go first at which point youi ice wall the bio and then the other two use glacier... That would knock his attack power down to around 3%...

Did you remember my earlier method of keeping all 3 enemies stunned?
It is actually possible to do it with just 2 stunning psychos (2 enemies are always on shock coma, the third on traumatize)
Leaving the last slot open for... anything with high damage.

Actually, it is possible for somebody in PVP to survive a speed bio nuke. My toxic did it. Came right back up to full health, too. I bet a cold hydro could do it, or a defensive psycho. As long as they don't keep getting that stupid stun, they would be fine, cuz speed sucks if they fail. And that wouldn't be impossible to keep them from getting stunned forever, with 2 other sonnies by your side.

What the hell did you do to survive a nuke? Mine hits a bit over 37k and I couldn't find any setup with any class that could withstand that.

Well in this multi-sonny play, you could just hurl at it immobilize and knifed and hypothermia and frosted and mind freeze (to disable exposure) and whatever else you can think of.

But your whole team would be stunned if the team with the nuker did it right.

I had 14k or something health. The speed bio may or may not have totally sucked, but the important thing is that you don't crit as often on sonny as you do on npc's because sonny's got better defense. It wouldn't be hard for a defensive cold bio to do it either. And besides, after the speed sonny hits, he's got a long time of waiting around doing like 0 damage at his limited health. He'll probably get killed later.

I think, for the purposes of keeping PVP alive, stuns should only hit 70% of the time. All other effects (like Traumatize's focus munching) miss if the stun misses.

Now, would people stop being so speculative and try to have fun with this? Just post some stinkin build combos.

But speculation is so fun.

It's impossible to not crit under Shadow Blend, and that's when speed bios are usually attacking. I've made characters with around 30k HP and they couldn't survive a Withdrawal.

Even if stuns only hit 70% of the time, my team would still be a Withdrawal nuker and either 2 speed bios with Crystallize and Reform (but not Withdrawal) or 2 psychos with Shock Coma and Free Will if I can't use bios. Or maybe 1 of each if that's legal.

I don't really like the luck factor that 70% accuracy introduces, but I don't have any alternative to offer, so...meh.
