Well i was wondering if they do. It might freak me out and if they have hackers, it will ruin the site. So just let me know please. And also, i'm not sure if i'm aloud to make this because it might scare people(You could lock this or delete this but don't ban me, i'm not sure if this is correct to make as a thread). But i'm not a hacker!
uh...besides the AG Hacker which was an April Fools Joke, I have not seen any signs of an actual hacker on this site. I believe it is against the terms and conditions though to hack, and it is not as likely that someone would try to actually hack this site, because at times depending on what they are hacking into they can get arrested for it, and if they have little to gain from hacking a site, then typically it is doubtful that they will attempt to do so.
Rule in Terms and Conditions Policy:
* violate any laws, regulations (including, without limitation, laws regarding the transmission of technical data or software exported from the United States), judicial or governmental order or any treaties, or violate or infringe upon any intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy or any other rights of ours or of any other person, firm or enterprise; gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users' accounts, names, passwords, personally identifiable information or other computers, websites or pages, connected or linked to the Site or to use the Site in any manner which violates or is inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
A hacker is someone who messes up a computer, website, system, sometimes even the whole net. They use a series of viruses to scramble all the data and can totally wreak havoc. If it was happening to AG, and it happened to be one of the users, they wouldn't reveal themselves, and using the website they themselves infected would be absurd. I don't think AG has a virus, just operating with a bunch of glitches right now.
I think that it would probably be very difficult to hack. I've been a member pretty much since the new site was up, and I haven't heard of any hackers. The sites been up since January 2008 too, so I don't think you have anything to worry about.
The reason hackers go to websites is, what are the benefits?
Armorgames is not a serious profit organization. Also, users do not give out too much information for signing up. Those are the two main reasons people become hackers: Money and Personnel Information. Because Armorgames has neither of them in high quantities, they leave it mostly alone.
There are, of course, game hackers. This is a big problem on Kongregate. People hack there for the leader boards and badges. Armorgames does not support those ideas, so gaming hackers can only hack for fun.
plus there isn't much to hack, except AP?
And hacking AP is probably pretty easy to find.

We don't know that(Although it should be a good thing to know). Most likely Armorgames staff occasionally try to hack into the site to see any ways to get in. Then they solve the problem. The more ways they discover, the harder it becomes to hack the site (Real hackers).
Hrm, yes I hack actually. I have only about.....100 posts, and should have about 300 AP, and not be number 14. Same with DDX, Zophia, strop, and especially carlie.
So your awnser, every one on AG is a hacker. Just not you.
