Those are illigel. But because my site only takes the audio it doesn't matter. There are actually several similar sites for downloading youtube.
I've tried that site before and it works quite fine. Don't care if it's illegal or not. The only problem I encountered with the site is that the MP3 is cut short, so I never got the end of the song. Unless that's a fault on my part.
