Update to version 1.1 has killed the game for me.
Why? you can't get range and rate of fire upgrades by combining high grade with low grade gem anymore. This makes it practically impossible to unlock any moar levels.

For the sake of the thread, I shall answer.

Yes and no.

Yes, the game died the moment I got the GOE.
No, it's still fun to play and try to max out your scores.
Plus I still need to find more amulets.

And when the new version came out, the game started to lose interest.

We should request supergemming be re-implemented. That's the only truly negative point.

Hell Ive gotten to level 100+ two times without touching super gems. Hell I havent even played any modes other than the regular ones yet and Im level 101. The game is really easy.

I've never used that strategy once, and I'm close to lvl 100... o.o

Though I do see why it sucks for you that your favorite strategy no longer works.

And Alt, don't go booting people off to the mass-chat-about-GemCraft when there's a specific reason for a seperate topic... Even if it says all... At least understand a thread before you boot it...
