I've never thought to put a numerical value on my punch. Or kick for that matter. It reminds me of that bit in Dragonball Z where the team convene for the first Budokai after the Cell Saga, and because there are so many contestants they end up getting selected based on a &quotunching machine", hahaha.

Anyway most of the machines I have used are basically like the punching machines in the arcade except the numerical value they give is pounds of force rather than a number out of 100.

strop got the phrase from Dragon ball Z, thats why I said "over 9000" because it is related, plus he was talking about a numerical value for punches, and dragon ball Z. I think he was trying to set me up or something.
