I've been trying to find a reliable video capture program, but all of them I've tried so far haven't worked.

So far I've tried Picasa, and it wouldn't even record anything. And I've used Windows Movie Maker, which recorded it but the vide was *way* too fast. The sound was fine, but not the video. I tried adjusting the frame rate but it wouldn't let me.

So does anyone know of any good ones? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Bump for great justice. An old one I heard of, I think was called FRAPS? There's also SnagIt but, like I said, these are ancient!

Hypecam is rather good, but slow on some computers. And it causes white flashes if the frame rate is too high, or the graphics are too good.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Now I have a question about Windows Movie Maker. Do you know how to make it not go so fast? Because it seems like it would be very easy to use if not for that.
