Just sorting things out with friends, Wich is extreamly hard now, or just somehow hoping for someone to help with your problem? (Right now, almost nothing...)
Banging my head into the wall while listening to Black Sabbath. I got a minor concussion once doing that. And it took $150 to repair the wall but hey when your unconscious there's no stress right?
Nothing...I just let it flow and overwhelm me..though I handle stress pretty well. There were times that I worked for 24 hours non-stop...slept for an hour, then proceeded to my Programming Class.
A little stress is needed to stretch one to his/her full potential. In a nutshell, stress is good.
Rant about whatever is stressing me out to a friend, or listening to music.
Same here playing a few easy games makes me feel better too like I have more control. Or spending time with someone special could be a person you like or someone like a grandparent that always seems to help.
