YOU NEED TO NOT WRITE TITLES IN CAPS!
Anyway.
Make one. No one is stopping you, like no one has stopped the people who made short story contest.
So just make one, though I doubt there will be many entries... Pretty much like with the animation contest.

they sould be able to make it on youtube, or just a sound thingy... like get a video with a camera, do not have to see person, then save just like pivot I guess...

Actually I think it is possible to upload it to newground and link to the music. I think it was Voidless or Estel or both who made some and put it up that way.
Otherwise there is probably ways of uploading somewhere, and posts links, and well as posting links to youtube.

Well, then there is a good chance of it not happening. You could do like many others have done before you: Put up some good rules, and then ask for someone to judge it, or... Put up the rules, host it until somebody asks if they can try on the judging, and let them. There is a fascinating number of people thirsting for the title of judge.

Well, yes, make a thread for your own stuff like music and art and what you got (instead of making a thread for the different things, it makes it easier for people to follow up on it all)

And I am doing locking this thread! Haha. Well actually not. If anybody wants to discuss the idea of the music contest they should do so freely.

Actually Ubertuna ran a music contest a while back and it was successful (albeit delayed). There's also a music contest of a slightly different nature (non-original works allowed) in the Popular Media section.

So it can work. Just that music happens to be somewhat different a medium from the others so the logistics of running a contest might have to be altered.

Now go post your own stuff!
