Sure, why not? If someone doesn't like that kind of content, no one is forcing them to listen or watch.

I think it would be a perfect world if everyone could make jokes about each other's background and laugh about it.

Racy as in sexual jokes or jokes about other races?

Sexual jokes are fine as well as all jokes about anything because they are jokes and not to be taken seriously. I've been listening to alot of Jimmy Carr recently very funny, very dirty (and well I can't realy give an example) eeerrr...

"Every mans fantasy is to have 2 women at once: one to cook one to clean." The best jokes imply sexual content and force the listener to think about it when really the joke has nothing to do with sex and the comedian gets to kinds say shame on you for thinking that.

I think that if your audience can handle it then just go ahead and tell it but be sure to clarify that it is a joke and not an insult or anything and that just because they dont think it is funny that doesnt mean it isnt. other people enjoy the joke

I think race jokes are funny if the person who tells them makes fun of his own race. Because I have a chinese friend and he makes SARS jokes and Avian flu jokes all the time.

A joke about SARS or Avian flu is not racist, unless it specifically insults asian people.

That's like saying jokes about fat people are racist towards Americans.

Unless it is specifically mentioned, they are not racist jokes.

I wouldn't have a problem with it as long as these people don't actually mean it. ie, family guy always makes racial jokes but it's pretty obvious they aren't racists. I guess the key is not to focus in on racial jokes. If that's the only thing you can joke about, then you need some new material.

I think racist jokes are appropriate around the right people, good friends and family are alright, but if you're around people you don't know very well, or people you know take things hard, then I believe you shouldn't say the joke, saying a racist joke doesn't make you racist.

Sex jokes, well sex jokes are sex jokes who cares just keep it around the right ages.

The funny thing is that its always middle to upper class white people who are offended by racist jokes. You know where I learned all these racist jokes? Black people.

Well if you make a racist joke then you should be able to take one from someone else. Besides its a joke.

If people can't take it, why are they listening? People aren't forced to do anything. Some of the best jokes I've ever heard were racist towards white people, and do I care? No, because they're hilarious.
