Hello everyone!

I need your advice!
When I'm back in Germany I want to buy myself an E-Guitar.

Maybe you could tell me a good starter Guitar.
Not so expensive but with good quality for a Beginner who has never touched a Guitar before (GuitarHero but well that doesn't count)
And possibly also a good AMP?

Or should I start with a plain acoutic Guitar?

Acoustic Guitar would actually be better to start out with it's easier , I have one myself.

Thanks for the advice blackfang, but can you tell me why the Acoustic is easier?

Well its easier to learn do ra mi , sounds and crapo-la ,and to get faster finger movement , but once you start on an acoustic its an easy transition to electric , so I wouldn't worry if you want to move right to electric.

What do you think about a Acoustic E-Guitar?
So I can play without an AMP.

Well I have a Rogue Dreadnought Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar , its good cuz I'm learning myself , I have created some tunes that I came up with myself , some good riffs , but honestly I don't even read notes , and don't know much about different guitars and how to compare them.

The first electric guitar i started with was a Fender Squire Strat like this one. It is totally easy to play and manage.
You can play it without an amp. It will just be very quiet. You would probably find a starter package that includes an amp though. Mine did and it came to £139.99

In my opinion acoustics are more difficult to play than an electrics because acoustics have a wider body and a wider neck. Electrics are slimmer, making it easier and faster to play

That is true but I'm more use to acoustic plus you can make better melodies with acoustic.

I suppose. Everyone has different preferences. And acoustics do sound so much better than electrics without an amp.

If you want a good amp then go for a Marshall. They are top of the line amps that don't cost too much.

I propose Kramer c900 or Yamaha c390 for serious-beginner player(it's an acoustic guitar).

My teacher on youtube, Rene S. Sahir, a French-Indonesian, now lives in NY teaching young generation. He was giving a lesson in national TV for 11 years. He has a hand-made Spanish guitar worth 7.000 bucks, make him wait 2 years to finished that guitar.

I don't have experience about electric guitar. Lol at first I thought you mean an e-guitar(a software looks like guitar). Btw, GuitarPro is a good software to learn guitar and musical notation.

I love the sound of a good acoustic guitar. They're great for beginners, and less expensive. I wouldn't spend my money on an electric unless I already knew how to play the guitar.

They're just easy to take care, and they got a nice tone. But, If you are going to get an E-Guitar, my preferences go for this:http://rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=A9G_bDggYTxKk1kBPYSjzbkF/SIG=12hq6oegr/EXP=1245557408/**http%3A//www.gearhounds.com/ProductImages/dean_dimebag_pack.jpg

A cheap cheap Fender. In America $120-$150.Look for a beginner kit.I learned on Acoustic,Eletric is much different in the beginning, you mess up you keep on going with muted notes and random tabs, but acoustic has no foot pedals or wires(depends). If you've been playing Guitar Hero avidly without any skill at all,Acoustic proves the best.It rings louder at mistakes, giving you ample time to find what you did wrong.Much like Guitar Hero.If you don't like it try bass, similar but has a different but overlooked purpose, until you reach upper class am playing-pro.People are ignorant,at your peak every hot band at the moment will want you for your foundation and low sleek sound.Hope this helps.Do what makes you happy.
