Although it is probable only a mod could answer this I think it is highly doubtful. They may live in different time zones but I can't see them spending that much time on it. Though they well do.
They have to manage the forums, delete spam, detect flammers...so no not 24/7. And they do have real life issues too. They tend to check newer or more popular games, though they will give merits if they chance upon old comments in old games.
