Ok, I found what I need.

Flash, Photoshop, alot of time, lots of tutorial books

i have no idea how to make a game

Tmoney, go on NG and look at some tuts

well if your looking for FREE software u can try RPG maker. but i doubt they will accept a game made by it. if u really want to get into it. then u will need Adobe flash maker,photoshop,alot of knowladge in coding and a couple years in college helps too. so u can decide.

LOTS of studyig required. i mean a LOOOOOT.
